How good are Beats By Dr. Dre compared to Skullcandy?
I warn you.. DO NOT get any headphones made by Beats or Skullcandy. They are low-quality headphones that are advertised to be “good quality”. Beats and Skullcandy spend more money on advertisement and making their headphones look “cool” than they do on making their headphones sound nice. You might see them on TV and at stores like Best Buy. But if you compare Beats or Skullcandy to headphones from real headphone companies like Sennheiser, Audio Technica, AKG, etc, you will realize how much you are missing out. Skullcandy and Beats might have lots of bass, but the overall quality of sound is mediocre. I recommend you check out headphones like the Audio Technica ATH-M50, Sennheiser HD598, Ultrasone HFI-780, Sony MDR-V600 if you want headphones that sound awesome and are not overpriced.
