The beaches and hotels will be too crowded for the first week and the second week because many schools in the country will be close for Easter vacation.Many schools do not reopen until the middle of the second week.Also many seniors go to Florida during Easter to escape the winter weather in their home state.Yes it will certainly be a problem if you are going to travel on a whim . May and June are better months to travel to Pensacola,FL if you want to travel on a whim.
