How frequently is the data updated in AFI?
The AFI tables are updated every night from the daily ledgers so the AFI data and reports represent all financial activity for an account as of the close of the previous business day. During a typical month, there are three nights when the AFI uploads may not occur. These are when the two semi-monthly payrolls are processed, and when monthly close is processed. To determine the AFI data upload date, users may check the As Of or Effective dates on the AFI reports.
