How frequently is account information updated?
With CB Business Online, account information is updated every evening after all transactions are processed, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). For instance, if you access your account information on Thursday, you will be viewing account information that is current as of the end of business Wednesday. If you access your account information on Monday, you will view information that is current as of the end of business on the previous Friday. I just placed a stop payment online. When will the stop payment take effect? Stop payments will be processed at the time of receipt provided all information is given and correct.
