How frequently does the Bureau audit carriers and qualified rehabilitation providers?
Following an initial audit, the Bureau will conduct a follow-up audit nine to twelve months later to determine progress towards meeting statutory requirements found under section 440.491, Florida Statutes. Audits thereafter will be conducted based on a combination of quantity, quality, and queries of reemployment services data received from the carrier or a third party administrator.
