How frequently are property taxes and insurance premiums paid?
• Property taxes are paid on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis as required by the local tax collector. Taxes are paid from escrow when bills are received from the taxing authorities and based on the due date of the tax collector. If you have an escrow account for insurance, we will pay for the entire term in a single payment. If your policy is continuous until cancelled, we will pay the premium once a year. If you do not have an escrow account for insurance, please contact your insurance agent to determine your payment options.
