How foreigners can acquire ownership rights on land in Bulgaria?

To buy a Bulgarian property any foreign citizens have to come in Bulgaria at least for 2-3 days. Once you know your date of arrival , we will arrange a meeting with a lawyer who will register your Company in Bulgaria (company registration and legal fees cost 500 euros) For the creating of the company takes 24 hours. Upon signature of all corporate documents on which will be attend by an interpreter, he will read all documents and sign with you (the translator’s fee is 15 euros per hour) Once the documents are signed , we will arrange viewings of properties that interest you. When taking any decision on a property before you leave we can make a proxy in which authorize a lawyer to buy a property in the name of your company. The power of attorney to complete all of the data and the price of the property to be purchased.
Second option to purchase the desired property is – to go in the state where you live, to transfer the necessary amount of money for the property to a bank account which will be opened during your stay in Bulgarian, and then not more than 2 weeks you will have to come in Bulgaria and make the signature in front a notary.
