How firm is the February 1 application deadline?
Please don’t send in your applications and materials at the last minute. If possible, please arrange for all materials to be sent to the UTEP graduate school at least a month before this deadline. Because some materials may be delayed in the mail for a week or two after this date, we can accept letters of recommendation a bit late, but it’s your responsibility to get in all the other materials on time. We reserve the right to consider late applications for the following year.
