How few calories can I eat and still be healthy?
The least amount that girls are supposed to eat is 1200 calories. Hope that helps. I have been eating that much for a fair while now, I have been losing weight, I have also been doing exercise and haven’t been feeling run down or anything so if you only do light exercise or non at all you should be fine. I think if you do excessive exercise you should up the calorie amount by about 100calories or something. hope that helps.
