How feasible would it be to convert Woodcreek into a gated community?
The idea has been tossed around a few times, but always ends up in the discard pile. The primary problems with a security gate are that 1) it runs on electricity, and the electricity goes out fairly often in the valley; and 2)mechanical things break down–usually when it is most critical to the user that they work properly! Without a gate guard or 24-hour onsite manager, the potential headaches and expense are simply not worth it.
