A. After placing an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement and Design Proof by fax to ensure order accuracy. You must review, sign and return these two forms to Stone Grove Memorials to approve and begin order production. Your Personal Monument will ship within 48 hours after we receive your order approval (Monday-Friday). Our products are shipped via FedEx or UPS third day delivery, unless otherwise stated or requested.
