How fast is Assureon?
Since this is an archive of a finite size, and since assets tend to have retention periods measured in years, for most applications an extremely fast write performance is not useful as the unit would simply be filled up in hours or days. Having said that, the performance is faster than the leading competitors. A four node Assureon can sustain writes at about 20 MB/s. Reads are faster than writes. If faster write performance is required, one can add more processing nodes.
