You will begin to see blades of grass emerge from the soil in 7 to 10 days. At the 4 to 5 week stage the grass is 3 to 4 inches tall, and ready for its first mowing. The grass is then to be mowed each week thereafter. At 7 to 8 weeks the grass is completely established and ready for any type of activity.
