Very fast. With third-generation image and restore features, Storage Manager can image at 50 MB / sec (3000 Megabytes per minute) and restore at 20 MB / sec (1200 Megabytes per minute) if the disk drives and tape drives support these speeds. Using 100 Mbit Ethernet we routinely see speeds of 10 MB /sec. This means that a NetWare server with 36 GB of data can be restored in under an hour.
