How far is the villa and condo from the water?
Villa Dawn is exactly 166 yards from the water! Our property, which extends all the way to the small coast road, is 1.3 acres, in a pie shape. The villa sits on the back (wide) portion of the property. The villa is about 50 feet above sea level which offers spectacular views of Cane Bay but also lets you hear the gentle waves roll in. It will take you just 3 minutes to stroll down our driveway to the beach! Some villa owners describe their location as “walking distance” to the beach but in reality they are more like a “hike” to the beach. In addition, Cane Bay beach is a beautiful white sandy beach with areas where the sand extends out into the water. Be sure to ask if a so called “sandy beach”, within walking distance, is a good swimming beach and not just a strip of sand on a rocky beach with surf!
