How far is the condo from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure?
Universal and Sea World are about 45 – 55 minutes depending upon traffic and I-4. Sometimes I-4 backs up. Is there shopping nearby? Yes, A1A, the road that is behind the Condo building, has grocery stores, 24 hour drug stores and supermarkets. You are close to Wal Mart, Super Target, and everything else you might need on Merritt Island. There is a hospital and after hours pediatric urgent care just a few minutes away. Call 911 in an emergency from the condo. There are many restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets from Steak Houses to Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Burger and Pizza restaurants all less than a couple miles from the Resort and you can also walk to several restaurants. You may want to just walk up the beach, you are 2.7 Miles SOUTH of the Pier, and all along both North and South of Unit 701 are beachfront restaurants where you can sit along the beach and dine outside watching the waves roll in, its fabulous.
