9. What is the cancellation policy? Should it become necessary to cancel a booking, a full refund will be made if notice is received at least 21 days prior to arrival at the resort. 50% of payment will be deducted if cancellation is received 21-7 days prior to arrival and 75% will be deducted if cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival.
