How far is seven mile beach from carnival pier in grand cayman?
It would be a long walk to 7MB from the tender pier. You can easily get a cab or public bus [check out GC’s website]. No need to use a ship’s excursion in GC – it’s one of the easiest and safest ports to do on your own. The one thing to be aware of is that this is a tender port and ships tend to leave this port in mid-afternoon, so you won’t have an excess of time by the time you tender in, get where you’re going, and tender back. AS LONG AS YOU STAY AWARE OF THE TIME, you can go on your own. There are many places to rent “toys”/chairs etc. [Check out Red Sail Sports’ website.] If this is your first visit to GC, I’d recommend you do the Stingray City tour. It’s an unforgettable experience. This can be done with many private vendors [Capt Marvin and Nativeway are two of the most popular, and I’ve done both.] For more info on what to do in GC [and all your other ports] from experienced cruisers, go to CruiseCritic.com, click on “Boards”, then “Ports of Call”.
