How far is Provence from Rueil Malmaison?

If you are thinking or asking about Rueil Malmaison, the suburban area to the west of main Paris, it is about 700 km or 420 miles from there to Avignon that is considered the heart or center of Provence. It is about a six and half hour drive, depending on your driving style, traffic, construction, etc. By TGV express train from Paris to Avignon takes only two hours and 35 minutes. If the Rueil Malmaison is in another area, let me know and I check further.
