Too far to walk – you’re better off getting the tube from Leicester Square to Kings Cross. Kings Cross Thameslink is about a five minute walk from Kings Cross Tube station (its well signposted).

Another answer gives the location of Leicester Square tube as being right in the heart of theatre land and this is true, but doesn’t give the underground line it son or how to get there – so…… By tube, you can take the Picadilly line to Leicester Square. There is approxiamely 4 miles of line between the two and the journey should take about 13 minutes. By Bus you can take the 73 or 390 from Kings X to Tottenam Ct Road and then the 24, 79 or 176 to Leicester Square from there. The journey is about £4 and should take about 20 minutes along 5 to 6 miles of roads depending which route you take. By Foot, if you’re feeling energetic theres a nice walk to be had along the Euston Road and down Tottenham Court Road, Charring Cross Road, St Giles Circus and then the rest of Charring Cross Road into the Lei
