The maximum length or distance waterward from the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) is 100 feet, but in cases where the waters depth is less than 10 feet from the mean low water, the length may extend up to 150 feet or to the point where water depth is 10 feet at mean low water, whichever is less.
