How far into a pregnancy do you start producing milk?

You don’t produce milk as such while pregnant, the fluid that comes from the breasts is called colostrum, after the baby is born the real milk comes through after a few days of the newborn drinking colostrum. Colostrum varies from woman to woman, with my first child I starting ‘leaking’ colostrum at 19 weeks pregnant.
