How far in advance should I reserve the house? Is a deposit required?
Availability of the apartment depends on both the season and the specific week in which you want to make a reservation. Generally, we recommend that you contact us at least two months in advance; however, this is not a firm rule. We take full payment at the time of of your reservation.
