How far in advance should I apply for an anesthesia product donation?
We request our anesthesia supplies quarterly at the end of March, June, September and December and receive available product about a month later around the end of January, April, July, and October. Some products such as anesthesia gases are often 99% spoken for by the time they arrive and other products run low or out toward the end of the quarter, so we advise you to plan well in advance for anesthesia by letting us know what you need at least a quarter prior to the one in which your “needs-by” date falls.
