How far in advance should I apply for a primary care medical donation?
Although we process requests as quickly as possible, we prefer that you contact us approximately three weeks before you need to have the products in hand for primary care products. We will consider requests with less notice but reserve the right to refuse them if we deem there is not enough staff time and/or shipping time to complete them. You can of course submit a request more than three weeks ahead of your needs-by date.
