How far in advance shall we book a tour, especially for tours during Oktoberfest?
For group bookings we would like to have as much advance notice as possible. For smaller parties minimally 2 to 3 days is usually OK. Bookings on the day before the day of the tour are usually possible. Last minute bookings on the morning of the tour (just showing up) are naturally a matter of good fortune, but are often possible as well. However, tours during the Oktoberfest are almost always full and one should book and pay as far in advance as possible.
