Flight award travel can be confirmed 14 or more days before flight departure. If you book your flights less than 14 days prior to departure, we will hold the reservation for 48 hours to allow you to have the ticket issued. To check specific Award Terms and Conditions, select Redeem Points from your Home Page, then trace over to View Awards. To view terms and conditions for an award, simply select the award name.
