How far in advance must reward bookings be made?
Ideally, a minimum of 7 days notice should be given when making a reward booking. However, in urgent situations, rewards can be processed, subject to availability at an additional cost of US$ 50 if within 7 days of travel and US$ 75 if within 24 hours of travel. For flight upgrade requests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to redeem a reward.
