How far in advance can I change out of a vendor/provider course that costs money?
We follow the vendor’s contracted policies, particularly for courses charged on a per-class cost. These policies will be printed for you on your course confirmation form. Many of the contracts have costly penalties for course cancellations that occur within approximately 10 working days before the course’s start date. TWTC University Coordinators will make every effort to confirm arrangements with you and the vendor prior to this penalty date, including canceling the course if we do not have adequate enrollment. Courses based on a per-person cost also have “no-show” and “extra enrollment” (unregistered extra participant) penalty charges. Any penalty costs will be borne by your department and TWTC University will invoice you for the amount.
