For the QLS – the maximum horizontal distance is 150 feet. The maximum vertical distance is 28 feet. Long suction line lengths and high vertical lifts don’t reduce the pump life and components or affect the line velocity. It is better, but not necessary, to locate the sampler as close to the line source as possible when sampling from high vertical lift applications. For the CVE-07 – the maximum horizontal distance is 50 feet and the maximum vertical distance is 28 feet.
