Grantees must cite in their Invention Utilization Reports patent applications filed by the Grantee, Grantee Personnel and/or Collaborators which claim, or specifically cite publications concerning, a Invention resulting from the subject Grant. Grantees are not required to report references by third parties to their Invention.
