How far back should I go when completing the employment, driving history and other information asked for on the background packet?
• DO NOT EXCLUDE or LEAVE OFF any information!!! • Include ALL traffic citations, arrests, drug usage, employers, residences, ect. • Be as specific as possible. If you can’t remember specific dates, something like “summer 1995” is sufficient. • REMEMBER that just because something was expunged/removed from your driving or criminal record does not mean that it did not happen. YOU MUST INCLUDE IT!!! • Failure to include these details (no matter how insignificant you think they are) may result in permanent disqualification from the hiring process.
