How far away is the nearest boat launch?
Hartwell Heaven is about 1/2-mile south of River Forks Park which is directly east of buoy S-10 in the main channel. The park is equipped with a two-lane boat launch and large courtesy dock. There is ample turnaround area in front of the launch to maneuver your tow vehicle and trailer. Day fee for access to the park and boat launch is $4.00. There are also several beaches, a swim area, picnic tables and shade trees which makes the park a popular getaway on a sunny afternoon. We provide a map and directions between the park and Hartwell Heaven with our check-in packet.
