How far away are medical services if needed for emergencies?
The town of Siepre has a medical center for basic needs such as stitches for a cut, anti-venom for a snake bite, etc. Sierpe is a 30 – 40 minute boat ride away. There is a very large, full service hospital that was just recently built to service this area of the Osa Peninsula in the town of Cortez which is just thirty minutes further from the town of Sierpe.
