The game remains quite faithful to the film. It has actors from the film providing voices for the video game characters, and includes movie footage. The characters are modelled on their film counterparts, and even form into the real-life actors just before a section of film footage is shown. The Two Towers game includes both storylines from the second Lord of the Rings film and the first one, with the character Aragorn explaining what happened in the first film to the character Eowyn, who he meets in the second film. The game also includes interviews with the actors, who discuss their role in the game, and also an interview with Peter Jackson, the director. Character art is also included, and the soundtrack for the film is used in the game. Creatures from the film also look the same in the game, such as the Uruk Hai, and the trolls.
