How experienced is the staff?
The staff at Brancatos Catering prides themselves on their work and takes pride in the company they work for. Many of our employees have been with the company for over 10 years, and most of them have been with us for over 5 years. Besides being with our company for an extensive period of time, we look at past credentials of our staff when we hire. Many of our caterers have worked in various restaurants and hotels, and have been through culinary training from recognized culinary institutes including Johnson County Community College and the CIA (Culinary Institute of America). Many of our staff members are Serv-Safe certified and carry proper food handling cards.
