The overall cost depends upon your specific group’s needs. The room and meal costs are listed below and typically increase 2-5% per year. There are also additional charges a group can incur including early arrival and late departure, damages, lockouts/lost keys, lost linen, lost meal cards. While there is no charge for the use of the majority of classroom space and outdoor open fields, there are charges for meeting room space, audio visual equipment and the use of athletic fields and facilities. University Courtyard can assist off-campus groups requesting overnight accommodations with reserving and pricing campus meeting spaces. Meeting space is subject to availability.
