How expensive is a PV system?
This is of course the big question; you would have probably preferred that we put this one first in the list of FAQ’s. Anyway, as a general rule of thumb and based on current market prices of photovoltaic cells, a typical PV system would cost between $7.00 & $8.00 per peak watt of installed output. The actual calculated costs are dependent on many factors, and may even come in at less cost.
