How exactly was the Mayor involved in the planning process?
Mayor Webb was invited to Florida to participate in the very first design meeting for the project. The Mayor was not sponsored by GGP. The City paid for his travel expenses. He went to represent Holladay in order to have City input into the design. The work meetings went for four long days where the Mayor worked alongside GGP and designers for approximately 18 hours a day.
