How exactly is a statement or check request processed?
Upon receipt of the request, the Customer Service Representative will, depending on the size of the request, either research the statements or forward the research request to the Research Department. If the request is sent to the Research Department, it generally takes 1-2 days to get the requested information back. Upon receipt of the research items, the Customer Service Representative bills the customers account and forwards the copies of the items to the customer via mail. If the customer is local, the information can be sent or faxed to a branch where the customer can pick it up with valid identification. The cost of account research is $20.00 per hour.
