How exactly does The Sage G-Test work?
Our testing methodology uses an IgG ELISA platform. It is run using serum that identifies IgG reactions. The Sage G-Test utilizes an indirect method of measuring mediator releases and the effects of other pathogenic mechanisms of allergic and delayed hypersensitivity. In addition, Sage runs each patient test in duplicate, with controls to insure the highest degree of accuracy.
