Memory Foam is a form fitting cushion the molds itself to the person sleeping on it. I helps you because it provides an equal cushion underneath you. A normal spring mattress doesn’t match all the bumps and hollows on your back, like from your shoulders or where your back arches. The memory foam will provide an equal support over those areas and it will depress itself to match those areas. You can get a similar feeling from a water bed, along with the sloshing.
