Bentonite clay is good for your skin, you mix it with a Little bit of water and apply. You can add water to it and add grated ginger and spread over a chux. After this wrap it around any sore parts of your body and add a wheat pack or a hot water bottler over top. This should help the soreness. When mixing and applying Bentonite clay DO NOT use metal, even a metal spoon. This does something to the healing properties of the clay. You use about 100 grams of clay to 250 ml’s of water. Sorry but I don’t know how to use the others.
