How exactly do esthetics commissions work?
First of all, you have to contact us! Send us an email telling us what you’re interested in having done and what type of doll you have. We’ll respond with our availablilty and let you know exactly when we’ll be able to take your doll. (Please note! Sometimes our wait list is a few months long!) Next, when we have agreed on a date, you will send us a $5 deposit to reserve your spot. When it’s time to ship your doll to us, we ask that you pack with lots of time and care, remembering that we will be shipping your doll back to you using the exact same packing materials you send us. We also ask that you always properly insure your doll and notify us of the exact date you ship. The amount you spend to ship your doll to us will determine the amount we charge you to ship it back. Once your doll is with us, we will do all of the agreed work. For body blushing, we will send you pictures before the final coat of MSC. For faceups, we will typically send you one or two sets of in-progress pictures.
