How ERS watch winders different from other basic watchwinders?
All ERS watch winders’ winding mechanism is controlled by an electronic IC circuitry, regulating and controlling all modes of operations of the winders. A unique “turn-and-Rest” program enables the winder to turn and rest for a per-determined period of time. Enabling all watch brands to be wind up whether the watch is completely or partially wind down, without over-stressing the watch’s delicate moving mechanism. Winding a partially wind down watch in other watchwinder brands without this proprietary “Turn-and-Rest” feature could result in over-stressing the watch’s moving mechanism in the long run. Consult your watch’s instruction manual for precautions. All our ERS winders have this proprietary Turn and Rest function such that your watch will not be over-stressed in the long term.
