How else does the workBench enable sharing, communication, and collaboration?
Each group has its own Calendar for planning. It is possible to give any or all group member privileges to edit the calendar, enabling members to post information to each other in the Calendar. It is also possible to attach files to a specific date and return files on a specific date. There are a number of existing web communication tools that can also be used along side the workBench, such as instant messaging, blogs, and wikis.
