How else can leaders build loyalty with their employees?
You don’t ask what you cannot do yourself. They want to imitate what you do. I would not ask somebody to do something I will not do myself. I think they can see that. If I tell them they have to be at the office on time, I make sure I’m there before they come in. When they jump, I am there to help them. I give them the support they need.
