How effective will Brian Westbrook be against the Cardinals with an injured knee?

I think it depends on how the Eagles use him. Westbrook is so much better when he gets the ball in space than when used as a straight-ahead runner. I think if they get Westbrook involved in the passing game early and give the Cardinals defense a healthy dose of Correll Buckhalter in up-the-middle running situations, he should be good to go. The Eagles rush averaged only 1.9 yards per carry last week against the Giants. Westbrook himself is averaging under 2 yards per carry in their two postseason games so far. The defense has been playing lights-out and the offense has been good enough to win, but a solid rushing attack will open things up so much better for the passing game and give the Eagles a much better chance for victory. I’m already nervous. Go Eagles!
