How effective is the XWebEmailValidation Web Service?
Because no one is able to determine just how many email servers have been configured to accept email regardless of the existence of the mailbox, we cannot assign an effectiveness percentage to our results. We know for instance that Hotmail accounts can be validated correctly while Yahoo accounts cannot since they will always return “exists” for any email account being validated.
