The Sonoma Diet was a good weight loss experience. I was tired of weighing foods, eliminating foods, and eating foods that were bland and unappealing. In fact, when I found the Sonoma Diet plan, I was sick of just dieting—I wanted something that would allow me to make a lifestyle change.
